Rinnai America Corporation, manufacturer of the No. 1-selling tankless water heater brand in North America, and Ryland Homes–Atlanta Division has formed a strategic partnership to bring local homebuilding into the 21st century. The new agreement states that all Ryland Homes–Atlanta Division homes with gas appliances specified, will come standard with a Rinnai® Luxury Series Tankless Water Heater.

 Replacing an existing tank with a Rinnai® Tankless Water Heater can be faster, easier, and less expensive thanks to new information within the 2012 National Fuel Gas Code. Under the code, it is now more feasible to install a Rinnai® Tankless Water Heater with 1/2-inch gas piping, the most common gas-pipe size used in the United States.
