Instructions to Delete your Rinnai Central Account

To have your Rinnai Central account deleted

1. Please send an email to "support@rinnai.us" 
2. The subject should read "Rinnai Central Account Deletion" 
3. In the body of the email specify your email address used for the Rinnai Central account.  
4. Rinnai will delete the account within 5 business days after receiving your request.

Rinnai stores the following data for Rinnai Central accounts.

• Name
• Physical Address
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Water Heater status and historical information

Notes: 

1. Following the Rinnai Central deletion, personally identifiable data will be deleted. Note that Rinnai may still maintain historical water heater metadata removed from personally identifiable information for product quality improvements and analysis.
2. Please note that other Rinnai systems you have interacted with may still retain personal data based on your interactions with those systems and services. Please contact Rinnai Customer Service if you need to have data unrelated to Rinnai Central deleted.
