Plumb Tite is a truly different and better service plumbing company, innovating constantly to raise the expectations of consumers everywhere as to how a service company CAN operate and deliver. We do not charge a service fee for any appointment, meaning we literally must EARN each customer's trust before they commit to paying us a dime. We accomplish this from start to finish, by providing unrivaled customer service and follow-up, including regular business hours from 7am - 9pm every single week day and from 7am - 5pm on Saturdays. This allows customers to schedule based upon their busy schedules, even during the evenings so they do not have to take off of work or disrupt their day. We only employ real and licensed plumbers with amazing expertise, but also those that are able to properly and effectively communicate with customers about their options and always to allow them to make the decision as to what is best for their home --- it isn't our job to push anything upon a customer ever! Finally, we make sure to follow up in a number of ways after each and every appointment to find out how we did, because we want to know whether we knocked it out of the park or if there were places we could have improved. Accepting and realizing you aren't perfect and will make mistakes is crucial to us, and constantly looking for ways to make the experience even better is something we strive for each and every moment of every single day.
